Executive Women's Alliance

The Executive Women’s Alliance is a not-for-profit, 501(c )(3) organization in Montgomery County, Texas, comprised of professional women -  business owners, upper level managers, and directors. We represent a variety of industries, professions and non-profits. Our main focus is to provide career enhancement and leadership opportunities for our members and educational outreach programs to young women though our Women of Vision Program.
 

Encourage

EWA members and Women of Vision mentees are encouraged by building relationships with each other, our visitors and featured speakers. These relationships will serve as valuable resources, both now and in the future. 

Enrich

Members and mentees are enriched by monthly programs designed to educate them on topics appropriate to personal growth and professional development.

Empower

Members and mentees are empowered by the ability to leverage the personal relationships, community resources and the awareness they gain to realize their full potential. It is our goal that the relationship building serves as an inspirational force to the Women of Vision, as well as to our membership.
